5. Products & Candle Safety Disclaimer

We aim to display products and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee exact colour accuracy on all devices.

Candle Safety — Important Legal Disclaimer

By purchasing any candle from Scentique Maison, you acknowledge and agree to the following safety requirements:

Candles are flammable products and must be handled with care.
Keep candles away from all flammable materials, including curtains, dried flowers, fabrics, and paper.
Keep candles out of reach of children, infants, and pets at all times.
Candles and candle products must not be consumed or ingested.
Never burn a candle for longer than 3 hours continuously.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Only burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Do not burn a candle near draughts, fans, or open windows.
Discontinue burning when the candle reaches less than 1cm of wax.
Follow all CLP (Classification, Labelling & Packaging) safety labels provided on each product.

We do not accept liability for damage or injury caused through misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the safety instructions provided. We reserve the right to firmly defend any unfounded or fraudulent claims and to seek recovery of legal costs where permitted by UK law.

Insurance Notice

Scentique Maison holds valid craft/handmade product insurance; however, this does not limit or replace your responsibility to use candles safely.

6. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We may refuse or cancel any order placed with us due to suspected fraud, incorrect billing information, duplicate orders, or stock limitations. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information. Incorrect details may result in delayed delivery or lost parcels.

We may provide access to third-party services or tools that we do not control. Any use of such tools is at your own risk, and we are not liable for issues arising from third-party providers.
