Scentique Maison does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time transactions completed at checkout. Customers who choose third-party payment options such as Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, or similar services are entering financing agreements directly with those providers. These services are managed externally and do not create any recurring charges or subscriptions through Scentique Maison.

We offer multiple payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order(subject to terms) and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer a range of shipping options at checkout. Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Scentique Maison is not liable for delays caused by the courier, including but not limited to delays due to strikes, weather conditions, customs checks, or operational issues.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

By placing an order, you (the customer/recipient) are responsible for providing a full, accurate, and deliverable address.

We will not be liable for packages that are:

Lost
Stolen
Returned to sender
Delivered to the wrong address

due to incomplete, incorrect, mis-entered, or missing address information, including but not limited to: misspellings, omitted numbers, incorrect postcodes, missing apartment/flat numbers, or formatting errors.

If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the courier directly. You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible, but Scentique Maison is not obligated to provide a replacement.
